  • Whether it is a $200 or $2K budget, we can plan your retail footprint within your physical location. We can do a digital layout and advise you on what fixtures to purchase. We also have experience installing fixtures and doing the handyman work needed to create an appealing space.

  • We collaborate to create on-trend designs that align with your brand and vision. We also advise and suggest garments that will perform well and target your audience. This type of planning is done with purpose and is focused on sell-through and maximizing marketing and profit.

  • Having the right number of styles and units is crucial to sell-through. Just like real estate, if something sits too long, it goes stale. Plus, if a customer bought an item in a certain design, they are probably not buying another one. This is why sell-through and seasonal designs are a huge focus for major brands.

  • Creating retail-ready products is something we take pride in. Most of the items we produce at our shop are resold to someone else. So, we know how important it is to have attractive items that demand attention. Simply put, this is what our team does day in and day out.

  • No, it is not a Jedi mind-trick. The proper placement and display of merchandise pull people in. It dictates have they move around in your space. It draws eye attention and forces people to touch items. Once they grab an item, they are more likely to make a purchase.

  • Hot selling items might need to be replenished. A seasonal item might need to be marked down to sell the last few units. But, you need this data in order to make those decisions. We can consult on how to get that information or we can manage it for you.

You might have read my brief story about my family’s history in screen printing.  But, that story skips over 20 years of my life.  Those years were filled with working and growing within the retail fashion industry.  From a sales associate at a locally-based urban clothing shop to regional management at one of the largest global retailers, I have spent my life focused on selling t-shirts and lifestyle merch.
