Every once in a while, we come across a scenario when we have to advise our clients on changing their desired imprint size due to garments that are included in their orders. For example, a client might have garment sizes ranging from Youth Small to Adult 3X. The client wants a 12.5” W imprint on the front chest. One problem — that print is not going to fit on a Youth Small.

So, we want to lay the groundwork on what we are responsible for and our commitment to our clients. If there are issues with your order not covered by these policies, we will make it right by reprinting or working out something that our you feel comfortable with like a discount or credit. We are also good for an IOU.

But, we believe you really do not know what your business is until you have spent some time in the ‘trenches’. So after months of pulling our hair out, we rolled out our Brand Values in July 2022.
