Promotional Products
Swag, tchotchkes, freebies. These are some words used to describe items that are typically given away to promote a business or brand. We have all received one of these items at some point. Has anyone handed you a branded key chain, pen, stress ball, tote bag, or magnet? If you said “no”, you are a bold-faced liar (or you just have a really bad memory). You know you have some real estate agent or insurance broker’s pen at your home.
Although we think of these items as “freebies”, promotional items can actually be sold. Think of brewery glassware or a high-end water bottle from a yoga studio. And, guess what the top promotional product is year after year in the entire country? T-Shirts.
We obviously have you covered on the t-shirt and apparel side. That is our main ‘hustle’. But, if you are in need of other promotional items, we can source those items directly from manufacturers for you.
Here is how it works.
Supplier
A promotional products company that manufactures, imports, converts, imprints, or otherwise produces or processes promotional products offered for sale through promotional products distributors. Suppliers do not sell to the end buyer.
Distributor (Parkway Printshop)
A distributor develops ideas for using promotional products in a marketing or promotional campaign, buys the items from the supplier, and sells them to the end buyer (You).
In this system, we act as a broker between the suppliers and end buyers, since end buyers cannot purchase directly from the suppliers. We utilize many suppliers that offer a wide range of items. You would actually be surprised at all the options. Once we identify what you want, we handle all of the communication and back-and-forth with the manufacturer on your behalf.
