Production Roles.

  • This person is responsible for leading all processes around the actual printing of garments. Sort of the head honcho of an automatic press.

  • The Assistant Press Operator is the right-hand person to the Press Operator. This position also receives consistent training, as most people in this position eventually run a press.

  • Our Screen Tech does all of the grinding that is overlooked by people not familiar with our industry. But don’t be fooled, this is one of the most important positions in the shop, and we all know it.

  • As shirts are being cured through our conveyor dryer, the QA is responsible for ensuring all prints look amazing.

  • This person spends most of their time checking in shipment that is received from our vendors. But honestly, this role sort of morphs into a jack-of-all-trades.

Front of House Roles.

  • Account Managers are focused on driving sales with existing clients and inbound leads. They help support clients by answering questions, making suggestions, and handling client-facing communication around a specific project.

  • Taking people’s ideas and creating a digital image is one of the main goals for our Graphic Designer. They also oversee all art and technical implementation pre-production.

  • We love to show off our work, and the Content Creator is responsible for making captivating posts across our social media accounts.

Perks make it better.

These benefits will be offered to Full-Time Employees based on their time of employment.  An employee must average a minimum of 32 hours per week over a 6-month period to be considered “full-time”.

After 6 months

Eligible for 100% paid employee-only Health Insurance.

Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)


After 12 months

All of the 6-month benefits, plus

Paid for all of the shop’s planned closures

(2+ weeks of paid time off, ie July 4th Week, Black Friday, Christmas through New Year’s, etc.)


After 24 months

All of the 12-month benefits, plus

40 hours of paid time off per year

All paid time must be exhausted within the year and does not carry over to the following year.


After 36 months

All of the 24-month benefits, plus

An additional 40 hours of paid time off per year (total of 80 hours PTO)
